I have heard from some that IPMS members are "rivet counters". Will anyone criticize my models if I bring them to a meeting?

NO!
We have an unspoken rule against offering any criticism of anyone's models unless they specifically ask for it. IF you ask for criticism, only CONSTRUCTIVE criticism will be offered along with suggestions to improve your techniques. We want your experience with IPMS Metro to be pleasant and positive with no intimidation. Anyone (member or not) who violates this unspoken rule will be dealt with accordingly.
